Do not consume the liquid and keep out of reach of children and pets. The liquid is colourless, odourless and transparent, therefore please ensure adequate safety measures are put in place.
Discolouration and fading can gradually happen over time, especially if exposed under ultraviolet rays. To maintain the colours of the flowers, please do not store in extreme heat or direct sunlight.
As each flower cut is unique and individually handcrafted, there will be minor differences in colours and arrangement of the actual product. During shipping, the arrangement of flowers may change and some flower/leaf particles may fall off.
You may return items within 14 days of your purchase date. Please email us at [email protected] along with proof of purchase and provide a reason for the refund or exchange.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: If your reason for returning the item is due to a change of mind, then you are responsible for the return shipping/delivery fee.
