Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.enflor.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid home or office address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
www.enflor.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.enflor.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (for orders outside of Australia). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The shipping cost above is for one bottle only; for each additional bottle there will a combined shipping rate at $3.50 per extra bottle.
For orders over $120.00 we provide free shipping across Australia wide
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during holiday seasons.
We ship with Australia Post or Sendle. Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation of the tracking ID and the courier company.
